Full Service Renovations & New Construction
We get involved as early as possible, to review and provide input on the architectural plans and to coordinate with the general contractor. We put together documentation of all materials and finishes selections for the interior and exterior of the home so that the general contractor has all of the necessary details needed to complete your project.

Design Only
We provide you with a professional and customized design plan that you can implement on your own. We take the intimidation out of the picture by giving you exact recommendations and step-by-step guides so you can finally have the space you’ve always wanted, which saves you money along the way. This service can be implemented in-person or virtually.
Mood board - will show you the feeling/vibe we are going to evoke in the space
Floor plan - gives you placement of all items selected
Design board - gives you a visual of all the items together that are selected for your space
Price list of all the items in your design with links to purchase them
One round of revisions (up to 3 items)
One (1-hour) call to discuss any questions you may have about the design
Local to us? Measuring of your space can be added for an additional fee
Design Consultation
Whether you are looking for us to work on your renovation, furnishing project, or you are a DIYer in need of some direction or help with a design dilemma, the Design Consultation is how we begin all of our projects. You will come away with actionable ideas that you can either implement yourself or we can
use towards working together. From here, we can decide what service would work best for your project. We will then provide you with a detailed scope proposal in 5-7 business days.
