This project focused on creating an elevated formal dining room, an updated entry for our clients, the addition of a wine fridge to the kitchen, as well as lighting and styling throughout the home. Our clients love to entertain large groups of friends and wanted the formal dining room to stand out. Plus, it is the first room you see when you walk into the home, so it serves as an introductory statement as guests move through the rest of the house.

We added beams and a killer light fixture that doubles as a wind chime when the front door is open. Two tall display cabinets accent a long farm table paired black to modern chairs to seat 10. In the rug, we pulled out pops of blue from the rest of the house. The entry ties the “farm house” look of much of the home with the more modern elements like the mirror and the iron legs of the entry table to give the open concept living areas a natural flow.
